Where do I find my photo ID?

The photo ID is located on the 4×6 photo with the digital redemption instructions as well as on the ticket you received after your photo was taken.

What if the photo ID I entered gives me an error?

You can find your photo manually or call our customer service at 629-899-7946.

Can I purchase my photos if we have already left the museum / attraction?

Yes, email your photo ID number, date of visit, and name of attraction to [email protected]. Our customer service team will send you watermarked images and purchase options.

How long do I have to redeem my digital photos?

90 days from the date of purchase.

How long does FotoFX hold the unpurchased images?

180 days from the date of visit.

Why does the photo show a PROOF mark?

If you’ve already purchased your photos, click “claim this photo” and proceed to your download page. Unpurchased photos are emailed and water marked. Pick out a photo package and proceed with purchase to remove water marks.
